Profiles
The "Profiles" procedure provides for each commune a descriptive file, according to the chosen indicators.
Example:
The "Profiles" procedure which processes indicators concerning population divided by groups of age, shows the following information:
· the average of the values of each indicator involved into the analysis (e.g.: the indicator %POP_0_6_ANI - meaning the percentage of population between 0 and 6 years has a mean value of 5,25% of total population, for all analyzed cases.
· descriptive files for each analyzed case (wards). Every file comprises indicators added to the analysis reported to the average: in case the mean of the indicator for this case is above average, the yellow bar is at the right of the mean value, while if positioned below the mean value, the yellow bar is at its left. Its real values are indicated near each indicator, for the selected case, in order to be compared to the mean value displayed for all of the analyzed cases.

· the percentage of population of age between 0 and 6 years is slightly over the average; the percentage of population between 0 and 6 years is 5,63% from the total population compared to 5,25% which is the average for all the analyzed cases;
· the percentage of population between 15 and 19 years is less than the average for all the cases analyzed: the ward Alexandru cel Bun has 8.3% population of age between 7 and 14 years compared to 9,79% population of age between 7 and 14 years for all the analyzed cases.
The files of several communes can be compared in order to observe the differences between them.
